jogging partner :- Sussex Square to pier

Hi!
I'm a formerly reasonably athletic but now unfit 40-something chap looking for someone friendly (any age, male or female) to run up to the pier and back with some weekday mornings - and stop me popping off to Madeira Cafe for fish n chips! Alternatively I'll try tennis/badminton/table tennis - but I haven't played since my teens (!) (or even squash, as a total beginner).
