Want a healthy body, mind, career, relationships? Need someone to encourage you to achieve your goals? Or identify what they are? Or the obstacles you need to overcome, and ways to it?
Me too! Let's try exchanging emails to see if it helps!
'Co-counselling' simply means trying to help each other get on in life through mutual support, encouragement, and practical advice. In other words, it's what good friends are for - but without the guilt that you're taking up your friend's time talking about yourself and your problems, or the embarrassment of talking about things you might not want them to know.
'Co-counselling Anyonymous' simply means a one-to-one regular exchange of emails at a set time with someone you don't know, but share a goal of wanting to improve your life - without prying into any details you may not want to share. Say as much or as little as you like about whatever problems you have - just as long as it's with that positive goal in mind.
Let's give it a go!
