A leading Independent Recruitment Consultancy in Bournemouth seeks a new Consultant to join their busy team. This role is a mix of new business development, account management and HR. You will be expected to seek out new business via research, telesales and field sales activity.
Once won you will be required to service the business to agreed service level agreements and offer outstanding account management. This will include extensive candidate attraction, competency based interviewing, skills testing and referencing of potential candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a persuasive and determined personality with a background that confirms communication skills, the ability to multi task and the committment to succeed.
