We are looking for a motivated and adaptable HR Manager ideally from a Manufacturing or Production background. Excellent computer skills and experience of working at senior management/director level as well as experience of managing/motivation and developing a team / individuals is a must.

Responsibilities will include:


To define, implement and maintain HR policies within the company and to maintain the company handbook.

Monitor, co-ordinate and develop the company's appraisal process

To ensure the company is compliant with employment legislation and any risks under employment law are minimised

To ensure recruitment needs in line with business plan are achieved and to maintain all personnel records in line with legal and security requirements

Provision of support advice and guidance to line management on grievance and disciplinary matters and all HR related issues

Monitor attendance/absence rates in order to ensure company policies are implemented consistently and any issues are highlighted and managed appropriately.

CIPD qualified
