Part of the client service team you need excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for a service excellence. You will demonstrate close attention to detail and be a strong administrator. Print and experience and a can do attitude are essential.Key Accountabilities include: ensuring that clients are kept fully informed of all issues affecting the quality, timeliness and cost of their project. maintain good working relationships and communication with clients and their representatives at all times. work continually to increase the proportion of our work, which does not require competitive quotation. ensure all information required for production is accurate and complete prior to commencing the production process, including information required for rapid charging/invoicing following delivery. finalise estimates and technical specifications prior to presentation to clients (in conjunction with Estimating and Production specialists). inform all relevant production personnel of impending projects and their level of urgency. constantly seek opportunities to develop and strengthen the commercial relationship between targeted clients and group companies. ensure compliance of all functions and procedures within your area of responsibility with the quality management system and PRISM business processes and other approved working methods.
Qualifications required: Experience in a similar pre- press role is desirable. Knowledge of print is essential. Excellent administrative skills and competent with Microsoft Word and Excel . Excellent Customer care skills and an ability to multi -task.
Salary and benefits: Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30 5.30 (one hour unpaid lunch break)
