Body Repair Co-Ordinator

Our client based in Poole is seeking a Body Repair Co-Ordinator.
Duties will include:
Liaise with all Service customers
Identify paint and body Repairs opportunities
Prepare estimate
Make direct contact with all customers to gain authorization to carry out the repairs as per the estimate
Promptly invoice the repair
Ensure that all payments are received prior to the vehicle leaving the premises
To ensure that work is carried within the time scale as agreed with the customer
Ensure completion of all relevant documentation
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous car repair experience
Have strong selling experience with a proven track record of success.
Be extremely well organised, tenacious and determined. This candidate will possess a skill at overcoming objections and winning the business
Salary: 12,500 pa, OTE 25k-30k
