Sequal are looking for a part time Administration Officer to provide administrative support in the development and operations of Sequal, covering a wide range of tasks inclusive of database management, report writing, organising appointments and correspondence.
Working closely with the Foundations team, the Administration Officer will provide reports and statistics for the cyclical maintenance programme, liaising with managers, consultants and other Sequal customers.
Qualifications required: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
Previous work experience within property maintenance would be an advantage.
