Our client is looking for someone to respond to all customer telephone, email, fax and face to face enquiries/bookings promptly and courteously at all times.

You will ensure that information given is appropriate to the customers needs, to put the customer first at all times and to ensure that any problems that may arise are conducted to the customers satisfaction.

You will act as a member of the team generating sales, accurately follow bookings processes and procedures, accurately address any administration tasks allocated and monitor bookings.

You will have a proven track record in sales preferably in the travel industry. Have excellent customer care skills and have the ability to liaise with people on all levels is essential.

You will be an active enthusiastic member of a sales team, working to increase the company's profitability whilst providing the best possible service to customers.

Salary and benefits: 11,500
