Working in our new offices near Tower Park, Poole, you will handle telephone and email enquiries from our nationwide childcarers and parent clients. We can offer 20 38 hour per week with the flexibility of family friendly hours during school holidays.
You will have:
- A confident phone manner
- Empathy with busy parents
- Attention to detail
- Basic keyboard / computer skills
Qualifications required: Previous customer service or childcare experience useful but not essential.
Salary and benefits: 13,000 per annum
