Job description: As the Maintenance/Plant Manager you will be required to manage a total of 28 staff members, consisting of 2 Technicians (1 Mechanical / 1 Electrical), 5 Supervisors and 10 Operators.
The plant runs 365 days a year and never closes. It has a weekly clean down every Monday in which all staff are required to assist in cleaning the whole factory, top to bottom.
70% of the job will be working in the plant, managing/monitoring staff, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring plant workflow is at maximum.
30% will be based in the office, keeping records up to date, preparing for audits, and maintaining/updating health and safety records. Audits take place every 2 weeks and as the Maintenance/Plant Manager you will be expected to ensure the Plant is of the highest standard.
