To provide continued confidence in the compliance of the companys Integrated Management Systems (IMS); provide information to company personnel to facilitate effective decision-making and to support quality aspects of the IMS
Key Functional Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the IMS management systems to maintain essential accreditations
Assess systems and process capabilities with a view to recommending significant issues to management based on objective data collection and analysis
Prepare information for management meetings and annual management reviews
Plan and organise the compliance working group meetings, making the decisions and discussion available to all employees
Co-ordinate the occupation nurses visits and review progress in line with the screening programme
Liaise with the Skills Co-ordinator to ensure H&S requirements are imparted to all personnel at induction and during periodic training
Resolve adverse H&S issues through effective corrective and preventative actions
Plan and conduct internal audits and inspections to validate system effectiveness
Review legislation, regulatory and other, to ensure continued compliance
Identify the necessity for and conduct H&S risk assessments
Control sub-contractors to minimise the risk of accidents and pollution whilst on premises
Conduct H&S training of all personnel as and when required

Auditing qualification
Formal H&S qualification
Stand in for Quality Engineer during times of absence.
Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing environment operating ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 and IS 9001 management systems.
Salary up to 34,000 per annum + company benefits.
Hours: 7.30am 4.30pm Monday-Friday
