Sous Chef required for new hotel in Alderney
Sous Chef required for privately owned luxury hotel, We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sous chef who has a bit of pastry experience to join this hugely talented brigade.
As the Sous chef your role will involve supporting the Head Chef in the creation of quality desserts for this gorgeous hotel.
The Sous chef will work along side the head chef but manage all pastrys. The successful Sous Chef will come from a 3 or 4 star hotel.
