Hays are recruiting for a highly successful business in Bournemouth, Dorset. Due to continued growth our client has created a newly created role to work closely with the FD/CFO. Working as a team you will work together to continue its growth and maintain its market leading position. You will supervise, motivateand managea small team.
Your responsibilities will be to prepare the companiesstatutory accounts and management accounts and provide other regulatory reports. You will support and monitor the internal processes in place and implementcontrols. A key part of the role is to assist with the strategic planning process and produce the companies budgets andforecasts. You will also be responsible for dealing with all tax matters for the group you will regularly liaise with auditors and other external and internal stakeholders.
