Looking for somewhere to teach small classes from or a small affordable lockup shop (1 pw)

Hi,
I am looking for an office or shop with low rent, so that I can hold small classes teaching a variety of crafts & jewellery making. None of the classes I will be giving involve noisy machinery or any nasty chemicals etc.
Would need to have toilet facilities - a small kitchen area to make tea / coffee would also be great, but not essential.
