OfficeTeam is recruiting for a Temporary PAS trained Office Administrator on behalf of a Public Sector client based in the South of Birmingham
The Role
***Important- Candidates applying for this role must have Lorenzo/PAS training and have there login card***
The Office Administrators role is to assist a busy department with a backlog of work.You will be required to create files and maintain medical records while assisting in general administrative duties.
The office administrators may also assist in answering the telephone and carrying out data entry onto the in house system.
Candidates must have previous clerical experience and the ability to work with members of the public.Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
The Office Administrators role is paying 6.00 an hour
Immediate temporary assignment ongoing for six months plus
Hours 32 per week Monday to Friday
