Talented Sous Chef Required for 4* 1 Rosetted Hotel near Worcester.

Must have solid experience at 1 rosette or above for a busy, fresh food kitchen.
High standards of hygiene and knowledge are essential for you to be successful.

You will assist the head chef in the running of the kitchen and the development of junior members of the team, whilst ensuring high standards that are already in place are adhered to.

Work Pattern
5 days out of 7 to be worked
Some split shifts
Includes weekends & evenings
