In less than two years my client has become not only the fastest-growing brand in UK but also one of its market leaders in its industry. This rapid growth has been achieved through a significant and successful programme of product development.
It is now time to take this to the next level. To support this, I am looking for a Systems and Web Developer with 2-3 years experience in website development, ideally with a strong e-commerce background, who is looking to take the next step in their career. They will join our Marketing team and take responsibility for the following:
* Developing and managing company websites/intranet
* Database management and creating webforms
* Managing Linux Servers (Redhat / Fedora / Suse)
* Use of server control panels such as Plesk / SSH / FTP
* Server backups
* Domain registration services
* System integration between website and internal applications
The successful candidate will be self motivated, pro-active and a confident communicator, in addition to:
* Programming Requirements
* XHTML
* CSS
* PHP
* MySQL(i)
* Javascript / AJAX
* RSS / XML
* Flash would be advantageous
Applications

* Blogging Software such as Joomla & Wordpress
