I have a two bedroom semi detached house which was built in 1997.It has a double drive and two double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.There is a large kitchen diner and 1 decent sized living room.I have a large back garden and a small front garden.There are two local schools and a doctors surgery.West Bromwich town centre is a five minute walk and there are tram links which will take you into birmingham snow hill in twenty minutes and the bus station is located a five minute walk away too.The street is very quiet at all times in the day and I have been here three years and never had any trouble.My property is not located in the council estate there is just one road of houses.I am looking to move to be closer to my parents who will collect my daughter from school, so i can save on nursery fees.I am only looking for a house so plz don't contact me if you have a flat.I need a garden for my daughter and secure parking.I am looking for a two or three bedroom house in Great barr,Kingstanding and sutton coldfield I will consider other areas to as long as they are local to the ones listed above.
