We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers and Teaching Assistants to work with a number of large care providers, educational settings, local authorities, charities, and individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and emotional behavioural difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for at least 6 months 12 months minimum to work on temporary and permanent assignments across the Wiltshire and Swindon area.
As well as having the required experience you will need a positive attitude and be flexible, reliable and hard working. As a support worker for Freedom Socialcare you will be expected to promote service users personal dignity, freedom of choice, maximum independence, and encourage their participation within the local community where necessary.
