20k basic - 40k (guaranteed in year 1) OTE + Car Allowance.

Our client is a leading computer leasing specialist for SME's, corporate and commercial enterprises. This is a fast moving organisation that has an exciting environment, rich with opportunities for its employees. Due to expansion, they have recently had an opening for a Business Development Manager. Having experienced phenomenal success and with their top earners earning 85k+ in year 3 now really is the time to join them.

As a Business Development Manager you will be selling a solution to your clients and building up an ongoing pipeline of customers. The ability to build a rapport with clients is an absolute necessity in this role which will enable you add them to your prestigious client base.

The Ideal Business Development Manager must:

-Have the ability to build a strong business relationship with clients
-Possess 1 year to 18 months experience in Business to Business Field Sales/Recruitment
-Be 100% New Business Focused

Above all it is imperative that you are results orientated, highly motivated and have excellent negotiation skills.

In return as a Business Development Manager you can expect:

-a basic of 20k
-40k Commission (guaranteed in year 1)
-6K car allowance
-Fuel allowance
