I'm looking for a house to live in over the summer months of July, Aug and possibly Sept. The ideal house would be in Oldfield Park with a large bedroom for all my stuff.
There are a lot of houses in Oldfield Park that lie empty over the summer months, yet the tennants who are due to move in at the beginning of the accademic year (Sept or Oct) pay a retainer. Therefore the way I see it, my rent could be split amoungst the tennants as a thankyou for letting me live in their house over the summer.
A lot of tennants like to leave their stuff in the house over the summer. I dont mind if one room in the house is locked up with their stuff.
