Luxurious one bedroomed duplex on the popular and very well located
Parque Santiago II complex in the resort of Playa de las Americas in the
sunny south of Tenerife.
The apartment comes comfortably furnished with twin beds in the upstairs
bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a modern
shower room with corner shower cubicle, sunny balcony with patio furniture
and sun loungers overlooking the communal swimming pool. There are
partial sea and mountain views. The kitchen has granite worktops with oven
under, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all utensils. There is a
colour satellite TV with english channels (so you need never miss an episode
of Corrie or Eastenders whilst you enjoy your holiday!). We also have an
iron and ironing board.
There is a digital safe for personal belongings (at no extra charge) and there
are security grills on door and windows. The windows also have mosquito
netting and the tri-fold patio doors have bronzed heat reflective glass. Air
conditioning is also available (summer months only - at an additional cost),
and there are ceiling and floor standing fans.
The complex is well located on the Parque Santiago peninsular that juts into
the sea between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The complex
has communal well-kept gardens and 24 hour security. There is a Community
Office and Reception. Restaurants, pool bar, banks, money exchange,
supermarkets, shops can all be found in close proximity - mostly on the
perimeter of the complex. Level walking, 1 minute to the sea, 25 minutes
drive/taxi from Reina Sofia (Tenerife South TFS) airport.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
