Hello to all,
Its time again for another hoop dance workshop for the lovely people of Bristol.
Hoop Dance Heaven are inviting you to come join the fun and learn the amazing art of "hoopdance" in an intensive 4 hour workshop for adults.
Hoop Dance Heaven have been teaching men and women how to hoop on there arms, legs, tum, torso and off body in elborate spins and jumps in there weekly classes for over a year with great success.
You will be taught by Jessica a HoopGirl trained and licensed instructor her teaching assistants. This is a multi level workshop so even if you have never picked up a hoop before or are hooping with the best of them you will leave feeling uplifted with a number of hoop moves under your belt and a head full of knowledge about hooping and the effect it has on your mind and body.
Workshop will be on Saturday the 20th june 10am till 2.00pm
The workshop includes healthy snacks to keep your energy levels up and refreshments. Free parking available.
The workshop is just 40. A 10 non refunable deposit must be paid before the beggining of April to seccure your place
